1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdtk44 ("bdtk44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bdtk44.app. By accessing the platform, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any game or feature available on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of bdtk44 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+ bdtk44 operates a strict minimum age policy. We do not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or as a professional agent.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by bdtk44 for any breach of this Agreement.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may hold only one registered account on bdtk44. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party for any reason.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

bdtk44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdtk44 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension and a temporary freeze on withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtk44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Deposits may also be made in INR for players operating in Indian Rupee. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• bdtk44 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold a deposit if it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of this Agreement.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• bdtk44 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside normal processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail with respect to account and payment matters; the game provider's rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific outcomes.

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any way.

bdtk44 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that disrupts a game session or produces an incorrect result, bdtk44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. bdtk44's decision in malfunction disputes is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from Account Settings. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

bdtk44 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

bdtk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement is detected or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses is identified.
• A player is found to be under the required minimum age of 21.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel bdtk44 to cease providing services to a specific user or jurisdiction.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdtk44 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.3 Waiver

bdtk44's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party. bdtk44 may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructure, provided that the successor entity assumes all obligations under this Agreement.

13.5 Language

This Agreement is provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
